Spiro Stat Technologies, L.P. was founded by a group of investors with the specific goal of providing an accurate means of identifying spirochete organisms and their associated co-infections. Many of the investors have had their lives impacted by Lyme disease and had personal experience with the difficulties of diagnosis and the ravages spirochete organisms can create in a body.

Spiro Stat's management team consists of veteran professionals who collectively have many years of  experience in accounting, microbiology, laboratory research and the health care industry.
