Spiro Stat offers several testing panels. Options can be applied to a single sample or multiple samples depending on the suggestion of your health care practiioner.

Spiro Stat tests are currently not billable to insurance and all test forms require payment via credit card or check prior to testing.

Spiro Stat Lyme Panel

This panel includes all pathogenic Spirochetes and other pathogenic organisms commonly transferred through the bite of various insect vectors. See the listed organisms by genera on our Home page.

Spiro Stat Babesia Panel

This panel is designed to detect and identify the erythrocytic protozoan parasites of the genus Babesia: This panel includes B. microti, B. duncani, and B. divergens. Current literature indicates that these organisms are commonly transferred to humans through the bite of a tick.

Spiro Stat Fungi Panel

This panel is designed to universally detect and identify fungal pathogens. In a person with a compromised immune system, fungi have the opportunity to invade and infect the host, and circulate in the blood stream. Many conditions such as immune deficiency, cancer, organ transplant, and long term antibiotics use lead to a compromised immune system.
